Leonardo da Vinci Report (Inventions)

Leonardo invented many great things. He was asked to create war machines. He hated war but it was for his people's saftey. He invented very simple machines and then very difficult machines. In the plans of some of his machines he left something important out so nobody could make them. There is so much Leonardo has done for the world.

Leonardo was a famous Italian artist who lived between 1452-1519. He painted the Mona Lisa one of his most talked about paintings.
Verocchio painted a picture and asked Leonardo to paint an angel in the corner of his painting. He was so astonished by the quality of the angel he said that he would never paint again.
Leonardo also painted the picture of Jesus and his disciples having the last supper.
Leonardo only painted fifteen paintings in fifty years.

Saddle Lake Powwow

The powwow is a big get together that happens every year. It goes on for three days and all kinds of people come. For us, our family comes to my place and we dance, eat or buy stuff that we don't need but really want but it is lots of fun any way.

If you wanted to you could go to a powwow every week end in the summer. This year I did not dance because I left my skirt in New Zealand and my Mom did not have time to sew another.

I especially love Indian Tacos, they are yummy. CANADA rocks nepeya
